With WorldPay, you are provided with a variety of options for payment for USI Money. This includes visa, Mastercard and all the major credit cards. We also accept debit cards. You may request a refund if your remittance transaction is not successful. This is by sending an email quoting your order remittance number or by quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment. Once the refund request is received the refund will be processed. We will investigate any reasonable claims for refunds and refund customers within 48 hours. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the order.
